Welcome
Bike Friendly Fort Worth (BFFW) is a non-profit education and advocacy organization. We are committed to improving cycling safety and building a stronger cycling community in Fort Worth.
This is how we do it!

Martin House Brewing Company
Bike Swap
Semi-annual bike swaps provide a chance to sell/exchange bikes and parts, learn about resources, and connect with fellow bike-lovers.

Pop-Up Bike Shop
Pop-Up bike shops help keep the community rolling with free maintenance and repair.

Fort Worth Central Station
Bike Light Give-Away
Lights keep people safe and legal when they ride at night. BFFW puts lights on about 100 bikes per year.

W. J. Turner Elementary
Bicycle Safety Education
BFFW provides bike safety classes for children and adults.

Bike Camping
BFFW hosts bike camping trips to Benbrook Lake and Lake Mineral Wells.

Bike Month and Bike to Work Week
BFFW supports Bike Month activities by hosting an “Errandonnee” contest. We also take part in Bike to Work Day.

Cranksgiving Alleycat Race
Our Cranksgiving Alleycat Race is a fun way to collect donations for the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

Pedal for Plenty
BFFW sponsors a Tarrant Area Food Bank fundraiser and a delivery ride each December. In 2019 we delivered 425 lbs. by bicycle.

Community Bike Rides
We love getting to ride with our friends and neighbors!
